These events allow you to increase your exposure and footprint in the community. It all takes place in an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere conducive to making connections.

MARKETING TAKES A TEAM EFFORT TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS! - JOIN THE TEAM!!!


We are looking forward to having a great turnout at these events. We are encouraging everyone to promote the events as much as possible. The promotion of the events is a team effort by both the organizer as well as the participant and your assistance in this effort is critical to its success. Always remember that the greatest marketing efforts can only be successful with your participation. It has been said that “It takes a village to raise a child” whereas in business, “It takes a collaborative effort from all of us to grow and succeed”.

 

​Specifics for vendors/exhibitors:​​
 

  • SETUP time is from 9:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. By 10:45 a.m., all vendors must be up and running!

  • Your booth space will be shown to you upon arrival.

  • Vendors are expected to be on time and those arriving late will lose their approved space and the vendor fee will be forfeited.

  • Canopy tents are allowed. However, they must be weighed down with at least 10 pound weights.

  • Please bring tables, tablecloths and chairs. 

  • All vendors must stay for the duration of the event and continue operation until closure.
